is Roughed-In
March 2009:The main playing field has been graded & seeded, with a
good stand of starting grass. The parking lot has been roughed-in
with a first spread of gravel installed. Final treatments for the field and the
parking lot are planned for March/April with the goal to have the fields open
for practice this spring.
Blackwater Blackout "The Initiation"...a Tremendous Success!
Thanks to all who joined us the night of June 2nd for our first annual
Blackwater Blackout night float. We had over 300 persons attend and
floated over 80 boats. Not only did everyone have a great time of
fellowship, food, music and fantastic floating, we raised well over $1,500 for
our park revitalization fund. Thanks again and we eagerly look forward to
next year's float!
