Park Master Plan

Below are the primary engineering drawings and design documents created by Hill Studios from Roanoke in October of 2004 that will guide the execution of the park renovations.  In working with Hill Studios, it was decided to group the park revitalization efforts into 3 phases:

Phase I  Moving earth, planting grass, planting trees, creating a walking trail and public parking.
Phase II Construction of a ball diamond, soccer field, sand volley ball area and horseshoe pits. 
Phase III  Construction of tennis courts and basketball areas.

Each of the phased improvements above can be identified in the drawings below (click on any picture to enlarge).
